Originally designed to be worn over a soldier’s heavy wool pants and liners during frigid cold winter months, these Arctic Shells are amazingly water repellent!
The two front pocket openings enabled the soldier to reach his hands through the shell directly into his trousers.
Size 'Large Long' only, which is cut very loose and baggy for someone EXTREMELY TALL!
