U.S. Army 'FIELD PACK, COMBAT, M-1956' Canvas Butt Pack, dated 1962, new condition, never issued

From Kaufman’s Warehouse No. 3!

This rubber lined M-1956 canvas field pack, often referred to as a butt pack, attached to the M-1956 canvas pistol belt.

It was an essential component of an American soldier's A.L.I.C.E. field gear issued during the Vietnam War. 

The original military manual in the photograph is included with the pack.

Please note: One of the metal buckles on the top flap is rusty from 60 years in storage.

A scarce item, let alone in new condition. Limited quantity.
